You'll be impressed by the friendly service, delicious breakfast, and impressive facilities, including saunas and a jacuzzi.

Some guests may be disappointed with the outdated decor in certain areas of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was practical, being close to public transportation and main attractions. the staff were friendly and informative, providing useful tips for tourists. the breakfast included was a good variety of continental options and freshly made coffee. the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds.

The hotel felt dated with older decor, which was a bit disappointing. the rooms lacked natural light due to the small windows that couldn't be opened.

What an amazing start to the New Year! I had a fantastic stay at a charming and cozy hotel nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the bus station and has its own parking. The hotel's wellness area was a hidden gem with saunas and a Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. Plus, the breakfast spread was top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options to start our day on the right foot.

The hotel's decor could do with an update, but honestly, it is not a deal-breaker. the hotel lacked the convenience of an on-site bar or restaurant, which meant we would venture out into town for dinner, but there were plenty of amazing restaurants to choose from nearby.
